Lake Residence is a design proposal for a private villa by the Como lake, in North of Italy. The villa offers breathtaking views over the lake and is designed to become an iconic development. The interior layout is developed on one floor though as a continuous open space. The facade design combines the use of GRC cladding and glass, alternating higher and lower parts of the facade to create connected outdoor areas and sloping roofs.
