The Vaults Tower is a residential tower project located in central London, defined by a strong emphasis on modularity as a means to support and enhance off-site fabrication strategies. The design is based on a system of vaults conceived as standardized modular units, allowing them to be prefabricated in controlled factory conditions and later assembled on site. This approach significantly minimizes the need for on-site formwork, streamlines the construction process, and reduces construction time. By shifting a large portion of the building process off site, the project also contributes to lower CO₂ emissions, improved efficiency, and a higher and more consistent quality of finishes. The Vaults Tower integrates modular design principles and sustainable construction methods.
