H Residence is a design concept that envisions a thoughtful extension to the northeast side of the existing villa. Inspired by the interplay of volumes in the original structure, the proposal introduces two expansive sloped roofs on the bay-facing side, creating a dynamic yet cohesive addition. To maintain a harmonious overall appearance, the design incorporates cladding on the existing villa using the same materials as the new extension, unifying old and new elements. The new wing features generous full-height curtain wall openings, maximizing natural light and optimizing views of the bay. This approach ensures a seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing both the architectural expression and the living experience while respecting the character of the original residence.
