Guzape residences is an exceptional residential development featuring five private villas designed to establish an iconic presence. Each villa spans three stories, boasting rooftop terraces equipped with private bars and Jacuzzis. The design harmoniously blends horizontal and vertical elements through a combination of GRC cladding and glass.
