The project is inspired by the existing radial structure and circulation patterns on site, using fluid and dynamic lines to reconnect the development with its urban context. These lines reflect pedestrian movement and are integrated into the pedestrian bridge and façade design, guiding users along a continuous and immersive spatial journey. Curved cladding elements and embossed patterns echo natural forms, reinforcing a sense of elegance, flow, and movement. The architectural language creates a strong visual identity while maintaining a cohesive relationship between landscape, movement, and built form. The mixed-use development combines residential, recreational, and commercial functions to create an interconnected community. It includes residential units, designed to prioritize comfort and privacy.
