The project is inspired by the existing radial structure and circulation patterns on site, using fluid and dynamic lines to reconnect the development with its urban context. These lines reflect pedestrian movement and are integrated into the pedestrian bridge and façade design, guiding users along a continuous and immersive spatial journey. Curved cladding elements and embossed patterns echo natural forms, reinforcing a sense of elegance, flow, and movement. The DCC Redevelopment is a mixed-use development combining residential, recreational, and commercial functions to create a cohesive and interconnected community. It includes a range of residential units from studios to three-bedroom apartments, designed to prioritize comfort, privacy, and views. At the heart of the development are shared amenities, including a leisure complex with pools and fitness facilities and a botanical garden enclosed by a glass dome, encouraging community interaction.
