The design concept of this mixed-use development is driven by fluid architectural lines that transition seamlessly from horizontal to vertical planes, creating a continuous sense of movement. This approach enhances visual continuity and fosters a strong sense of unity and connectivity. The project comprises residential units, a charter school, and car parking facilities. The podium levels primarily house the entrance lobbies for the residential and charter school components. An open terrace with a multifunctional event space is located above the podium, positioned between the two cores and accessible to all building users for pre-booked events. From Level 2 upwards, residential units and charter school spaces are developed, with selected duplex apartments spanning Levels 9 and 10.
