The design concept of this mixed-use development is driven by fluid architectural lines that transition seamlessly from horizontal to vertical planes, creating a continuous sense of movement throughout the building. This approach enhances visual continuity and fosters a strong sense of unity and connectivity. The project comprises residential units, a charter school, and car parking facilities. Two underground basement levels accommodate parking and are accessed via car lifts and pedestrian circulation. Above, the podium levels, including the cellar level, ground floor, and first floor, primarily house the church functions and entrance lobbies for the residential and charter school components. An open terrace with a multifunctional event space is located above the podium, positioned between the two cores and accessible to all building users for pre-booked events. From Level 2 upwards, residential units and charter school spaces are developed, with selected duplex apartments spanning Levels 9 and 10.
