The design proposal takes inspiration from some elements of the Moorish Architecture and combines them with contemporary design language taking in account the unique features of the site characterized by a steep orography. The massing is organized around a central courtyard that hosts a hydro massage, a pool designed to be kids-friendly and a meeting area for the family that reconnects with the main pool. The massing is stepping down towards the valley, opening up towards an entertainment area characterized by a large terrace hosting the main pool and the outdoor kitchen gazebo, a volume that intersects with the pool like a peninsula and opens up a veranda space facing the panoramic view. The overall massing is developed with the potential opportunity to extend the site in the north direction.
