The design proposal takes inspiration from some elements of the Moorish Architecture and combines
them with contemporary design language taking in account the unique features of the site characterized
by a steep orography. The massing is organized around a central courtyard that hosts a hydro massage, a pool designed to be kids-friendly and a meeting area for the family that reconnects with the main pool. The massing is stepping down towards the valley, opening up towards an entertainment area characterized by a large terrace hosting the main pool and the outdoor kitchen gazebo, a volume that intersects with the pool like a peninsula and opens up a veranda space facing the panoramic view. The overall massing is developed taking advantage of the potential opportunity to extend the site in the north direction. The proposal includes an extension to achieve an entrance in the lower part of the plot allowing the visitors to experience the entire palace before reaching the main entrance.
