The project integrates local traditions with contemporary design. Three sites merge into one plot, with buildings arranged along the perimeter to form a central courtyard. A traditional portico provides access to the commercial ground floor, while open gates lead to the internal plaza, the landscaped heart of the development, featuring retail spaces, amenities, and playgrounds. Apartments are organised along double-loaded corridors with lightwells for ventilation for many of the units. Buildings remain separated for phased construction. Parking and storage occupy a basement beneath a green roof. The architectural approach adopts a holistic sustainability strategy, integrating natural and innovative materials, sustainable technologies, tradition, and inclusive design. A portico provides natural shade and weather protection, reducing overheating. Pedestrian and cycle circulation is maximised, creating spaces for families and social interaction.
